We’ve designed this masterclass to ensure your teams get maximum value by receiving comprehensive training on how they can apply the design thinking framework and service design principles to become more effective. The role of innovation and civic service design within the public sector is to help people (all stakeholders) think differently about the challenges they face (make people move away from starting with a solution). Only by understanding the challenges and constraints can government effectively craft a blueprint to address these challenges.
