The Problem
Intra-African trade is hindered by fragmented policies, inconsistent standards, and a lack of integrated digital platforms. These issues limit the continent's economic potential and prevent businesses from fully participating in regional and global markets. The sector is held back by outdated systems and practices that fail to connect African businesses to profitable trade corridors, leaving the continent unable to control its own trade destiny.

Our Approach
Our methodology focused on building the digital platforms and governance frameworks needed to simplify cross-border trade. We applied Systems Innovation to map the complex trade ecosystem, from regulatory bodies to small businesses. We then used Service Design to create a seamless, end-to-end user experience for exporters and importers, ensuring our digital platforms are intuitive and trustworthy. Our expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance ensured that all solutions meet stringent international standards, providing a secure foundation for trade.
